The 3+1 Promo is a direct booking offer from JF Property Partners that allows guests to book three serviced apartments and receive a fourth apartment completely free. The promotion is designed for group stays, corporate bookings, and longer-term accommodation where multiple apartments are required for the same dates.
This promotion is only available on selected apartments, including Somers Suites 1-bedroom apartments, Somers Suites 2-bedroom apartments, and Springwell Gardens 2-bedroom apartments. The 3+1 Promo does not apply to any other properties outside this list.
To use the 3+1 Promo, guests must book four apartments for the same stay dates under one booking. Three apartments are charged at the promotional nightly rate, while the fourth apartment is provided at no cost, resulting in four apartments for the price of three.
The 3+1 Promo is not available on Airbnb, Booking.com, or any third-party booking platforms. It is strictly reserved for direct bookings made with JF Property Partners through approved direct channels.
A direct booking includes reservations made through the JF Property Partners website, direct enquiry forms, email communication, WhatsApp, or approved direct booking funnels. Bookings made through external platforms or agents do not qualify for the promotion.
Yes, all bookings using the 3+1 Promo must be made at least 30 days before the check-in date. Bookings made within 30 days of arrival are not eligible for the promotion.
All apartments included in the 3+1 Promo must have the same check-in and check-out dates and must be booked under the same main booker. The promotion does not apply to split stays or bookings with different arrival or departure dates.
The 3+1 Promo is intended for extended and longer-term stays. Minimum stay requirements may apply depending on availability and season, and final eligibility is confirmed by the JF Property Partners team at the time of booking.
As one apartment is provided free of charge under the promotion, the nightly rates of the paid apartments are adjusted to ensure the overall booking value remains balanced. Guests still receive a full apartment at no cost while benefiting from a bundled group booking offer.
The free apartment is allocated based on availability and booking structure at the time of confirmation. The final allocation is confirmed by the JF Property Partners team once availability has been checked.
If any of the promo conditions are not met, including direct booking requirements, minimum apartment numbers, advance booking notice, or eligible properties, the 3+1 Promo will not apply and standard rates will be offered instead.
